Christmas

For Christmas we hosted a sit down dinner for some of Shawn's co-workers. It was a delightful time with lots of yummy, and slightly fancy, food. We even used our china!

For appetizers we had assorted cheeses with pear slices and walnuts, olives, cashews, and french baguette slices with mustard butter, bruschetta, asparagus, and cheese. Delicious!



For dinner we served orange glazed pork tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and dinner rolls. (Sorry- no pics of the dinner.)

For dessert we has assorted christmas cookies (Cinnamon Stars, pecan balls), and trifle desert with chocolate cake and white chocolate pudding with crushed peppermints and topped with whipped cream. Shawn made chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered pretzel sticks. Yum Yum!
